Silence of the Abandoned
I recently went to Lowell Beerworks over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. My server, Courtney, was amazing and quick to great us when we walked in. She was very kind, quick to serve and answer all my questions. Not only was the food and beer great, but to having such a wonderful server made it even better. Such a caring a wonderful server is hard to come by these days and she was just so great and helpful. Highly recommend this place and requesting Courtney as a sever. I know that’s who I’ll be asking for when I return.

Went to Lowell Beerworks with a friend for dinner and drinks. I was immediately greeted so kindly by Courtney, and was also excited that she was also my server. Not only was the food delicious, but to have such a kind waitress is really what makes a great experience. I can get a good burger and a beer anywhere, but a memorable waitress and good service is nearly impossible to find. I know I'll be coming back and requesting Courtney time and time again.

Phenomenal Beer and food. I did the flight to get a taste of many beers. Tops for me is Blueberry and Boston Red. Compliments to the chef on all things we ordered. Truly best corn bread in New England. Cayenne and maple butter , delish!!! A must if your in Lowell.

Service has been poor each time I go. Both people next to me got 2 drink refills before I could get a word in to get a menu. When they served us we were not given utensils nor did the server come back within 20 minutes to get utensils. This wasnt a huge issue since it was mostly food edible with your hands, but napkins would still be useful. Luckily the couple next to us offered theirs. Since they only got drinks. Food is mediocre, not terrible but not good. It was all over cooked and dry, but still edible. Overall I'd say it's ok to come here for a beer and pool but I'd recommend against coming here for dinner.
